Hello,
Did anyone tried this adapter http://cgi.ebay.ie/Nikon-Fit-T-Mount-NO … otohosting on a Jupiter-37A or Tair-11A lens (replace the M42 mount, fixed with 3 screws) and achieve infinity focus in the same time with a Nikon camera ? I'm interested in this, but with a T mount-> K Pentax adapter.
Thank you very much.
PS. See the mount ring: http://maurus.htg.tartu.ee/~c3p6der/fotod/jupiter.jpg and http://www3.yomogi.or.jp/gadsaito/tair11ac.jpg , http://www3.yomogi.or.jp/gadsaito/tair11aa.jpg

I have no experience of those lenses but with my Peleng, Rubinar and Tair the mount can be removed and replaced with a standard T mount. You remove the inner thread from the T mount and you find you have a Russian mount.
My mate uses his Peleng on his Canon with a standard Canon T mount and my three mentioned lenses are all fitted with PK T mounts and focus as they should do. The Peleng is actually supplied with a Nikon mount and M42 mount and they are the same as a T mount (with inner thread removed)

Hello and thank you .
So, that inner ring can be removed ? If so than I have a chance to adapt the Tair-11A.
Here is my Tair 11A:

M42 mount (the M42 screw is up)

Here is a T mount to M42:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi … 0160595648 (the inner ring is that marked with T-)
But for Nikon there is a "official" mount : http://www.sovietcamera.com.ua/cgi-bin/product.pl?nb=69
One more question: the inner ring is fixed with something ? How can be removed ? I just trying to understand how it goes because I didn't buy a T->K Pentax adapter yet (so I don't know how its made).
Thank you very much again.
Regards,
Cosmin.

All T mounts are similar but when the inner thread is removed there are a few inner machining differences. Out of the dozen or so I have only 2 have not been the same as the Russian mount.
Remove the three screws on the outside of the T mount and the inner thread should drop out, it should then be the same as fitted to your Russian lens. Present Mount to lens and replace the three screws but dont fully tighten. When the lens is on the camera turn it so it is in the correct position and fully tighten your three screws.
The Russians rarely invented something new if they could rip off an existing design that was cheap.
