simple triplet design (3 lenses, 3 groups), single coated, 15 aperture blades, mfd 1.1m


at f2.8 heavy glow effect due to massively undercorrected spherical abberations, but already pretty sharp - and, of course, it features the "funky" bokeh with heavily outlined highlight discs in the image background
- the poor man's Thambar wink
