Topic: 35~200mm Adapt-A-Matic Tamron

Trying out this lens for the first time...
Greater spotted Woodpecker
Poor light & shot out through a D/Glazing window... shot ruined by the pole but any shot of a woodpecker in flight is worth keeping, especially if you're using manual focus... wink
This lens is definately a keeper... I have a few other shots of bits & bobs which would indicate how sharp it is... Peanuts taken earlier when the sun was out etc.,

Jim,

You could take out the post in Photoshop by a combination of cloning and Healing Brush. It should be well worth the effort.

I was thinking about it Harold... but I really don't have the patience... I'll try & get my daughter to do it? Magnification shows the beak is intact... I'll try & coax her...   smile

I have played with copy and have done a rough version, which should be posted here, if at all, only to show what the idea is and then deleted.

Jim,

It seems I can't upload an image here and I have no alternative where it would be appropriate to host it.

Another technique might be to, in PS, lassoo and cut, followed by lassoo, copy and paste.
